Hartford Greens Country Club was honored to be the home course for area school golf teams including Fort Ann/Hartford and Fort Edward for the Fall 2021 season.

The Fort Ann/Hartford (FAH) Modified golf team played three matches agains Hadley-Luzerne and went 1-1-1. The FAH Modified 2021 golf team members were:
