Plan for a fun evening at Hartford Greens Country Club as we celebrate our 1st Year Anniversary on Saturday, August 28th. All are welcome to join us! Live music will be provided by Hometown (band members: Pete Telisky, Paul Rounds, Mike Plude and Bill Jones). There will be a $5 cover charge for the band. Along with the great music you can enjoy drink specials and raffles and prizes. Bring your own lawn chair, but no coolers please. Make a day of it and golf a round before the event. Hartford Greens to Host The 700 Club Chapter 80 Golf Tournament
On Friday, May 14th, Chapter 80 of the Bowling Club of America will hold their 700 Club golf outing at Hartford Greens Country Club. The event will be a shotgun start format, two man scramble, starting at 9:30 a.m. $50 per person includes lunch at Johnson’s Cabin Grill, located at 7956 State Route 40, Hartford, NY. This is the 12th year chairman Mike LaPointe has organized the event, drawing golfers from throughout New York State and as far away as Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan. Team entries are still available by contacting Mike LaPointe at (518) 260-9317.
Hartford 7th Grader on Varsity golf team has a GREAT season
Joe Happy is a 7th grader playing on the Fort Ann/Hartford Varsity team, and he had a great season on the course. He went 5-1 on the year and earned his first career “medalist” against Fort Edward. That goes to the low score for all the golfers playing in a given match. Mason Forbes, a sophomore on the Fort Ann/Hartford Varsity team had a great year too. He went 4-2 and earned medalist 3 times. Bridge Work
As you return to golf at Hartford Greens Country Club this year, you will notice the bridge work along our cart path that has taken place during the off-season. We know this will make your trip through the course a more comfortable and enjoyable one!! Also, in case you didn’t notice, you can now book tee times online!
