Hartford 7th Grader on Varsity golf team has a GREAT season

Joe Happy, a Hartford 7th Grader playing on the Fort Ann/Hartford Varsity golf team almost had an undefeated season

Joe Happy is a 7th grader playing on the Fort Ann/Hartford Varsity team, and he had a great season on the course.  He went 5-1 on the year and earned his first career “medalist” against Fort Edward. That goes to the low score for all the golfers playing in a given match.

Mason Forbes, a sophomore on the Fort Ann/Hartford Varsity team had a great year too. He went 4-2 and earned medalist 3 times.

We at Hartford Greens Country Club were very pleased to see these young golfers out enjoying the course and to be the home course for their matches. Congrats to all who competed in the Adirondack League Spring high-school golf season!

It’s never too early to teach your youngster to love the game of golf. Kids 12 and under golf free at the course.
