Hartford Greens to Host The 700 Club Chapter 80 Golf Tournament

On Friday, May 14th, Chapter 80 of the Bowling Club of America will hold their 700 Club golf outing at Hartford Greens Country Club. The event will be a shotgun start format, two man scramble, starting at 9:30 a.m. $50 per person includes lunch at Johnson’s Cabin Grill, located at 7956 State Route 40, Hartford, NY. This is the 12th year chairman Mike LaPointe has organized the event, drawing golfers from throughout New York State and as far away as Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan. Hartford 7th Grader on Varsity golf team has a GREAT season

Joe Happy is a 7th grader playing on the Fort Ann/Hartford Varsity team, and he had a great season on the course.  He went 5-1 on the year and earned his first career “medalist” against Fort Edward. That goes to the low score for all the golfers playing in a given match.  Mason Forbes, a sophomore on the Fort Ann/Hartford Varsity team had a great year too.
