Simply Grazin’ Organic Farms held a fundraiser golf tournament for one of their employees, Nick Geraghty, and his family, here at the course on Saturday, June 26, 2021. The tournament was completely full, with a total of 80 participants (two teams had to be turned away). When we took over the golf course last July (2020) one of the biggest things community members requested was food and beverages be available at the course. We continue to work diligently to make that request a reality! As we work through the legal processes required, and getting the unit all set up and ready to go, we hope to have a Grand Opening date to share soon!! Take a look inside and around our new Course Food Concession unit. This food truck will be permanently located at the back of the Pro Shop.
Making productive use of our space, we’re growing vegetables in raised beds behind the Pro Shop. We hope to be able to use these garden fresh vegetables once we start serving food here at the course.

On Saturday, June 12 we received a delivery of our 35 all new 2021 EZ-Go Freedom TXT fuel injected golf carts! When we took over the course last July (2020) many of the golf carts were in rough shape, and they were also rentals. Last November (2020), the company we previously rented golf carts from came and picked them up without notifying us. However, the weather was still nice enough to play golf and we wanted to keep the course open.
